started/invented 20 years back,
I've finally revisited the 3-D Rorschach concept again
with a flux based interactive user friendly work.
Two variations of the same piece,
Each unit handcut out of red drafting mat.
Flattened (not transmogrified) is 8" x 10
I came across this material that was about to be trashed
while helping a friend who was the gallery manager at
Leo Castelli Gallery, NYC.
I was lucky enough to be invited
to help do inventory just before Leo's death
about 5 years later in 1999.
I Almost saved an $80 check with his actual signature
but was so broke at the time I couldn't afford it.
